Will Ditterline, Founder and board member has performed at The Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, PA Stage, The Arden Theatre, Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, People’s Light and Theatre Company, the Bucks and Pocono Playhouses, Family Stages and Duet Productions. He appeared with Flux Theatre Company in the world premiere of August Schulenburg’s Rue and the NY Premiere of Riding the Bull, winner of the 2007 NY Fringe Audience Favorite Award. Most recently he appeared Off-Broadway as Horse in the NY Premiere of The Grey Area at Barrow Group Theatre. For two years, Will was Production Manager at both the Bucks County and Pocono Playhouses. Will has been a theatre arts instructor teaching mask and Shakespeare techniques. Will directed and produced his own four actor adaptation of Marlowe’s Dr. Faustus at PA Stage. For Stages, he co-adapted and directed a four-actor version of Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors which he later remounted for Playhouse on Park in West Hartford, CT. He also worked on the Stages on the Sound adaptation of The Tempest for which he designed and constructed the puppets. He was commissioned by The Nature Conservancy to create and perform an original one-man puppet show for children titled A Nut in a Tree that talked about the importance of conservation. Other puppetry credits include design and construction for Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, Punch and Judy for the Orlando and Philadelphia Fringe, Max in Hollywood, Baby! with Brat Productions, and the parrot in Burning Botticelli for the NY Fringe. Will is the author of Good King Wenceslas, The Three Wisepeople, A Railyard Christmas and Rudy Saves the Day - all commissioned by Stages on the Sound and performed for thousands of children in Brooklyn and Queens. He is currently writing Daddy the Snowman and collaborating with Sam Gedymin on Jack and the Thanksgiving Beanstalk.
